"I like the way I received a call shortly after my inquiry, the setup of an online meeting with my grandson and myself, the questions asked and answers given, and the forms requested to be filled out by the student. A hunt for the best tutor needed for my grandson's needs. The fact that the tutor contacted both me and my grandson about what was needed as far as the particular course he was taking in school. It was nice to be able to talk to him by phone and get a sense of his education background and his goals. I was also given his email. The communication has been exemplary. P.S. never a 10...nothing in lif is perfect.”
