"Assessment tools used from initial meet up is simplified and i think based on our experience is effective. Assessment doesn't have to be too rigid. Matching process works well with us. My daughter get along well with her tutor immediately and I can tell in more than just a month, my daughter showed much improvement with her Maths and English. As the months passed, my daughter had improved her time management with her studies, improved a lot with her comprehension and this has reflected on her half year school report. Mark Gaskin is easy to get in touch with, very responsive to my questions. Shubh Kaur, my daughter's tutor, shows so much care on her way of teaching which reflects how my daughter has improved her learning habits. I do appreciate on how Shubh provide honest feedback which I think is essential in working out my daughters goal. She goes beyond and above her commitment to us by ad hoc tutoring when there was little time to prepare for my daughter's school assessment (we forgot to advise the date) I suggest that we can do Zoom meeting to save her time from traveling but she insisted to do it face to face as she see it is more effective to ensure my daughter will meet her school assessment goals. Truly felt her genuine care and so grateful about it. Great decision to sign-up with Tutor Doctor -(Castle Hill-Epping-Kellyville).”
