The tutor he was allocated has been superbly patient and understanding throughout the process, and taught him to slow down with his work (he is an adult, so set in his ways), to check his work more diligently and to accept suggestions made as being valid suggestion and not criticism. As a result, my brother has not 'thrown in the towel', has worked very hard and consistently, and is slowly but surely writing a book”
