"Mrs. Gay is very patient and kind with JoNa. She is firm to direct the lesson and compassionate when teaching. She makes sure JoNa masters the lesson before she moves on. JoNa has successfully improved in properly writing letters, mastering sight words as needed, and reading simple sentences and books. She consistently arrives a few minutes early to set up so he gets his full amount of time. She let's JoNa know the lesson plan up front and keeps on task. JoNa has begun math lessons and is in the process of learning how to correctly write numbers. He is learning basic addition and subtraction skills, and has improved his number recognition and counting skills. JoNa interacts well with Mrs. Gay. Overall Joe and I are very happy with the results she is getting out of JoNa. We think it's a very good match and couldn't be happier. Thank you! ”
