She has connected with him and they have a great relationship. I am pleased that Tutor Doctor has kept it agreement to use the hours whenever WE require them, and not to 'loose' the hours we've purchased. I feel confident that our hours are safe, we do not get penalized for using them slowly. Thank-You”
