Ljiljana brightens up our Monday nights with her enthusiasm, interactive and varied German lessons which are inspired! Her experience allows her to match the mood of the kids and she knows how to handle the motivation levels and dynamics of 2 children beautifully. Ljiljana has since tutored me on a one-to-one basis which has helped enormously. I feel by June that I will be confident to give my new German a go in and around Zurich and the girls will have a great grounding for their new school. The administration and behind the scenes work at the Tutor Doctor is also very efficient and impressive and any query is dealt with in a friendly manner. Nothing is too much trouble it seems.
