She has done a great job getting to know Sophie. I liked that Glenda contacted Sophie's school teacher right away and discussed what she felt like were her priorities. I like that Glenda is constantly trying to figure out ways to help Sophie, she even brought one of her sons books from home, that he read when he was young for Sophie to read. "I love the convenience of having someone come to my home to help my son. I was previously taking my son another tutoring service, which was not one on one and he did not get the attention and help that he needed. I love that the tutor goes over materials that he is studying in school, that is wonderful. He is not given a workbook and told to just work from that.
