"Our initial intake meeting was great with all the right questions asked - goals, current status, realistic outcome, etc. My son was matched with a tutor with whom he has "clicked" right away which meant they could get right down to work without personality issues or needing to get used to each other. We have had this problem in the past with other tutor agencies, and it causes serious delays.
