"Regular feedback, quick response when the service was not working. The only negative I would say was we were very tolerant when the services were not meeting our needs. My daughter had a number of sessions and the tutoring was not doing her any good. You responded very quickly which we appreciated. However, when my daughter missed a session, we were immediately charged for the 2 hours without consideration of the sessions that she attended that were not worth her time and my money. I will not defend her missing as it was her fault she forgot but in light of the hours we had spent not having quality tutoring I would have thought there would have been some leeway.”
