Charlie was very friendly, prompt, very flexible on dates and times. He challenged Luke by looking at difficult areas however he asked Luke what specific areas he felt he needed to review. Charlie set homework each session so they had a starting point for the next session. The feedback emails were really informative and clear on what had been achieved at each session. ”
