"Belinda is excellent and she is definitely a 10 - the slightly lower score is more on the admin side - ie receiving invoices when the hours are not aligned yet the statements not detailing the hours used against what paid in advance and minor simplified contractual elements where the admin is not fully in synch with the operational side. Tutoring and fitting in with the scholars time tables etc is difficult and that flexibility in necessary and Belinda has been a star in this. It feels almost like corporately it is "where is our money" rather than aligned with we getting close to the hours already paid for - thank you and we expect payment for the next tranche which can be realigned with an amended addendum to contract as was stated would be adjusted as the relationship evolves as was guided as to your flexibility by your sale person. So not bad but thats where i would look at tweaking. hope that helps and as far as tutoring - the marks show case the success ”
