Even when our son is being uncooperative or is disinterested, she is able to keep him on track, modify effectively and still have a successful encounter. Our consultant Nicole has also been effective in allaying our fears and addressing concerns, she takes a great leadership role in interactions with the school and is very approachable and appears interested and concerned for our son's educational needs. She understands the educational system and is helpful in directing and advising as we navigate "alternate" education for our special needs child.”
